Return for Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product due to defects or issues such as changes in texture, please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Return for Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, only an exchange if applicable. Please email your refund request to returns@indigenousingredients.onmicrosoft.com with a timestamp and follow up via phone if needed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, check your bank or credit card statement and contact your provider to ensure there are no delays. If the issue persists, email us at returns@indigenousingredients.onmicrosoft.com.

Sale Items Policy

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Note: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

Shipping Cost for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Refunds will have return shipping costs deducted.

Unacceptable Returns

  • Items not in their original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to reasons other than shipping errors.
  • Used items.
  • Items returned after 14 days.
